The managers, consisting of the authorized signatories Frank Kramer, Marc Hertling and Johannes Müller, steer the company's fortunes together with the managing directors Carsten Böhm and Nadine Böhm-Kopitz.
They continue to drive the expansion and play a decisive role in leading böhm Kabel successfully into the future. Founder and Managing Director Georg Böhm remains involved in an advisory capacity to this day. Roger and his son Lorin Schmutz act as managing directors of the subsidiary böhm Kabel AG in Switzerland.
