Your tasks

• Supporting the sales team (Germany)
• Preparation and renegotiation of offers
• Independent processing of customer orders
• Order processing including deadline monitoring in the WWS system
• Support for existing and new customers
• Maintenance of customer master data

• Complaint management

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Experience in sales with cables and wires or electrotechnical products is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Independent working style, high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
• Social skills and ability to work in a team
