Strengthening at the top of the company

We are pleased to announce that Marc Hertling, Betriebswirt (BA), has been appointed Managing Director with immediate effect.

Marc joins Carsten Böhm and Nadine Böhm-Kopitz at the Managing Directors table following his successful tenure as Deputy Global Sales Director and his appointment last year as an authorized signatory.

Since his return to the company in 2017, Marc has made a significant contribution to the positive development of our company with his commitment, expertise and strategic vision. His appointment as a Managing Director is an organic and logical step to consciously strengthen our management structure and make our company even more stable, flexible and resilient for the future.

This change in structure not only means a better distribution of responsibility, but also a sustainable safeguarding of our corporate success. We are convinced that Marc will continue to provide decisive impetus in his new role and look forward to continuing to work with and support him.
